*Maintain accurate records of schedules and customer interactions.
*Respond to scheduling queries and resolve any issues promptly.
*Optimise scheduling to maximise operational efficiency.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
*Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
Profile
A successful Helpdesk Advisor should have:
*Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
*Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
