Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Newcastle.
3 Shift patterns over 3 weeks -
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £13.76ph paye
Job Purpose
*Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains)
*Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work
*Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building
*Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition
