Full job descriptionIf you are a Qualified Primary Teacher who is confident teaching Primary curriculum in KS2 , then Prospero Teaching would love to hear from you ! We are recruiting for 2 Primary Teachers to work with children with additional needs, in school and in the community too.
The role is to start in September 2026 , the role is a 12 month long term role.
The school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher who is confident working in a specialist environment, you will be joining a highly committed and supportive team.

We require a teacher with a passion for learning and the ability to grow, nurture and expand their thirst for learning.
The ideal candidate:
Primary qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Able to deliver KS2 especially lower ability groups
Experience of teaching those with additional learning needs
Driven, energetic and keen to succeed
Kind, compassionate and professional at all times
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Prestwich, Manchester
Position - Primary Teacher 1 x Year 5 1 x Year 6
Contract or position start date - September 2026
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
have a full, clean UK Drivers License and Access to your own car
