A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

*Strong experience of partnering with non-finance colleagues across commercial and operations
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
*A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
