The successful candidate will prioritise operational excellence and lead the site to consistently achieve its commercial and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:
*Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximise sales across parts, labour, paint, materials, and related services.
*Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment by managing stock, assets, and all financial transactions efficiently.
*Consistently meet and exceed targets through effective management of the Body Shop operations.
*Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved and sustained.
*Drive the Body Shop to achieve industry-leading process efficiency standards.
*Ensure full compliance with company policies, manufacturer agreements, and industry regulations.
*Oversee and maintain quality management and audit processes across the site.
*Provide strong leadership and support to the Paint & Body Centre team.
*Establish, implement, and uphold an effective quality management system within the Paint & Body Centre.
*Foster a culture of quality awareness and responsiveness to customer needs and expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre.
