£14.24 per hour (includes holiday pay)
Temporary | 3-4 Months | Starting 6th July 2026
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a busy team in Didsbury on a temporary basis. This role will suit someone who enjoys coordinating events, supporting visitors and keeping office operations running smoothly, whilst providing key administrative and finance support.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and deliver internal and external events, including hosting visitors, arranging catering, evening dinners, accommodation, taxis and parking
*Manage travel bookings for colleagues and guests
*Monitor and triage a shared inbox, ensuring queries are directed appropriately
*Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and holiday periods
*Raise purchase orders and complete credit card request forms
*Support with basic finance administration, record keeping and processing related paperwork
*Liaise with suppliers regarding bookings, purchases and event requirements
*Provide general administrative support across the team
What We’re Looking For
*Previous administration experience within an office environment
*Experience raising purchase orders and supporting finance administration
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
*Experience arranging travel, meetings or events would be advantageous
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing shared inboxes
*A reliable and professional approach with a willingness to support wherever needed
