Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing and award winning organisation based near Brentwood. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a team focused department, and would suit someone who enjoys strategic thinking, and working closely with leaders across the group.
Key Details
*Hybrid working options
*Salary between £60-65k

Key Responsibilities*Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
*Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
*Lead on complex ER matters including organisation change, restructures and consultations
*Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up to date UK employment legislation
*Support with recruitment and talent management, and workforce planning activities as well as rewards and benefit framework
*Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience*Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*Confidence to stop issues early and work strategically
*Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
*Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
*Experience leading and developing HR teams
*CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
