We are the Midlands’ leading short-term and Airbnb accommodation provider, managing over 200 properties.
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Maintenance Manager to help keep our properties in excellent condition. The role involves managing a maintenance team, carrying out regular property inspections, and organising maintenance work, including scheduling of the upkeep of communal areas and gardens.
This is a varied role, with approximately 50% of your time spent in the office managing operations and 50% on the road carrying out property inspections across our portfolio.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a maintenance management or similar role
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
*Own vehicle
Working hours and days are flexible.
