We are currently recruiting for a Office Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Kingston.
The successful candidate must be verytechnologysavvy, and ideally live local to Kingston.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Office Manager:
*Basic £30,000 - £50,000
*Office commission
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
*No Saturdays
Responsibilities for the role of Office Manager:
*Dealing with all CRM enquires received
*Redirect enquiries where needed
*Organise viewings and valuations
*Check over past valuations within the last month
*Answering phones
*General administration
*Typing up property details and loading onto portals
*Sales progression
*Setting up automated emails/ postcards to be sent through the CRM/ AI systems
*Going out on occasional viewings
*Marketing
Key Skills for the role of Office Manager:
*Previous property experience not essential
*Must be very technology savvy
*Driven and motivated
*Mature and keen attitude
*You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
