Contract Type: Temporary

End Date: September 30, 2026

Your Role:
As a Resourcing Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive and efficient resource service across the organisation. You will collaborate with managers, engage with external partners, and ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support to managers on recruitment and selection, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, designing and delivering campaigns that attract top talent.
Analyse resource plans and work with managers to meet staffing requirements.
Coach and train managers to enhance their recruitment skills and promote best practises.
Utilise social media and other channels to engage potential candidates and promote our organisation as an employer of choice.
Contribute to the development of apprenticeship programmes and future talent pipelines.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
- Proven experience in resourcing or HR support, ideally within a public sector environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practises and employment legislation.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in using HR systems for data analysis and reporting.

Attributes:
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practises.
