Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist to support our client on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and managing the Power Platform environment, ensuring robust governance, operational excellence, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
*Define and implement Power Platform environment strategy, including design and architecture across environments
*Execute and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring best practices, compliance, and scalability
*Oversee platform operations and administration, including monitoring performance, capacity, and usage
*Manage security, access controls, and data policies across the Power Platform ecosystem
*Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring platform stability and adherence to organisational standards
*Provide guidance and support to development teams on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI best practices
*Ensure proper lifecycle management, including ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
*Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs
Key Skills & Experience
*Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
*Proven track record in environment strategy and governance implementation
*Hands-on experience with platform administration and operations management
*Solid understanding of security, compliance, and risk management within Power Platform
*Experience with ALM practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
*Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Knowledge of Azure services and broader Microsoft ecosystem (desirable)
