Key Responsibilities *Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings
*Support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
*Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff and healthcare assistants
*Ensure compliance with clinical governance, policies, and procedures
*Monitor patient care, maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
*Promote a safe, patient-centred environment at all times
Requirements *Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
*Previous experience working within a hospital setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
*Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
*Excellent communication and leadership abilities
*Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
