Temporary (6–12 months), 37.5 hours per week
Mpeople Recruitment are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join a busy team in Burnley. This role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:*Answer inbound calls and handle customer enquiries
*Resolve issues and provide clear advice
*Process payments and update customer records
*Monitor account alerts and contact customers as needed
*Support basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
*Maintain accurate system updates and documentation
Skills & Experience:*Previous customer service or contact centre experience
*Strong communication and IT skills
*Good attention to detail and organisation
*Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
*Professional and customer-focused approach
Hybrid working available after training (3 days in office). DBS required.
