Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant, protected, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
*Facilitating tenants on moving in day and moving out procedures
*Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure all their needs are met in accordance with company SLAs
*Coordinating with contractors and developer aftercare teams regarding maintenance and/or repairs requirements
*Ensuring all properties meet current regulatory health and safety standards
*Working alongside the accounts team to and assist with arrears chasing
*Managing tenancy deposits, liaising with TDS and reposit
*When required, completing Section Notices, and other legislative documentation
*Utilities management and invoice handling when required (HIUs, energy, water, council, tax)
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 18 months experience in similar property management
*Previous experience working with all generalist Microsoft packages
*Exceptional service standards and communications essential
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
