Key Responsibilities
*Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the reception department.
*Leading, training, and supporting the reception team.
*Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
*Managing reservations, guest enquiries, and complaints.
*Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Front Office Manager, or Senior Receptionist within a hotel environment.
*Strong communication and leadership skills.
*Experience with hotel booking systems.
*Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends.
*Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location.
