Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking to make a genuine impact within a growing and ambitious business?
We are partnering with an expanding organisation in Solihull that is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACCA or CIMA qualified professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering insightful financial analysis that drives business performance.
Key Responsibilities As Finance Business Partner
*Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across multiple business areas.
*Develop meaningful financial models to support strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making.
*Partner with operational and departmental leaders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
*Provide detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
*Support the production of monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
*Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial performance and accountability.
*Assist with business cases, investment appraisals and strategic projects.
*Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and forecasting methodologies.
About You
*ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
*Previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.
*Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling experience.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
*Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
*Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
*Able to commute to Solihull four days per week.
