Full job descriptionThe Opportunity:
Temporary HR Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Darlington | Duration: 12 weeks initially | Salary: £26,000 – £28,500 pro rata
We are currently supporting a Darlington-based organisation in their search for an HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for an initial 12-week period, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to make an immediate impact, supporting both day-to-day HR activity and key project work.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Conducting HR file audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
*Data cleansing and maintaining up-to-date employee records
*Scanning and electronic document management
*General filing and administrative support
*High-volume data input and system updates
About you:
*Previous experience in an HR administrative role
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
*Comfortable working with large volumes of data
*Available to start at short notice
Additional information:
*This role is fully office-based in Darlington
*A DBS check is required (a risk assessment can be considered if needed)
