We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated SEND English Teacher to join a progressive specialist education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
*Support the development of literacy, communication, and language skills across a range of abilities.
*Create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes confidence and achievement.
*Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support positive outcomes for students.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Experience working with SEND learners is desirable.
*Strong subject knowledge in English and a passion for literacy development.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
