Key Responsibilities*Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy throughout
*Managing and reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and on the job coaching
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key day to day point of contact
*Contributing to the overall development of the audit department and supporting managers and partners as required
*Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level with significant audit experience
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and auditing standards
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
*Motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
