Suitable to candidates in the following locations: Buckinghamshire/Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire/Oxfordshire
Contract: Interim
Start Date: ASAP
A specialist education setting is seeking an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership support.
Key responsibilities include:
*Curriculum leadership and development
*Quality assurance and monitoring of teaching and learning
*Assessment, data and pupil progress tracking
*School improvement planning and implementation
*Staff deployment and operational leadership
*Safeguarding leadership support
*Supporting standards, outcomes and provision across the school
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Proven senior leadership experience within education
*Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and school improvement
*Experience of safeguarding and leading teams
*Ability to drive standards and support whole-school development
Experience within specialist, SEND or alternative provision settings would be advantageous.
