Portfolio Payroll are working with a leading business services organisation who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to support their growing payroll function.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Processing monthly payrolls accurately across a large, multi-entity group
*Handling payroll queries from employees and managers
*Completing payroll checks, reconciliations and reports
*Ensuring all statutory requirements are met (HMRC, SSP, SMP, etc.)
*Maintaining employee payroll records and data changes
*Working closely with the People and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
Experience & Skills:
*Experience working in a payroll position
*Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
*Confident using payroll systems and Excel
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
