The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a love of literature and language.
Key responsibilities include:
*Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
*Monitoring and supporting student progress
*Contributing to curriculum development within the English department
*Supporting wider school initiatives and enrichment activities
*Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement


The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS)
*Experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs welcome)
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
*A commitment to high standards and inclusive education
*Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
