The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our clients production team. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment (non meat), ensuring machinery runs efficiently and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating and monitoring production machinery
*Setting up machines for production runs
*Ensuring products meet quality standards
*Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting
*Completing production documentation accurately
*Adhering to health & safety and food hygiene standards
*Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Requirements
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role (preferred)
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Good communication skills and team mentality
*Reliability and a strong work ethic
*Flexibility to work shifts where required
