At One to One Personnel, we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join our established team in Leigh-on-Sea. You’ll start by focusing on business development and client relationship building, with full training and support to develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to sell, build trust and deliver results.
What you’ll be doing
* Winning new business and developing client relationships
* Attending face-to-face client meetings, sales visits and networking events
* Building a pipeline of opportunities using LinkedIn, referrals, internal data and lead generation
* Understanding client hiring needs and negotiating commercial terms
* Learning the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
* Writing adverts, managing interviews and supporting offers through to placement

* A proven background in B2B sales
* Strong face-to-face business development experience
* Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* A professional, polished and credible approach
* Self-motivation, resilience and a strong work ethic
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
* The ambition to build a long-term career in recruitment
