Overview
The Junior Bid Writer supports the preparation of high-quality bid submissions across SQs, PQQs, and tenders. This role involves writing tailored responses, coordinating bid activities, and maintaining bid documentation to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
*Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive bid responses
*Tailor content to meet client requirements using existing bid materials
*Proofread submissions for quality, consistency, and compliance
*Monitor procurement portals for new opportunities and updates
*Manage bid documents, deadlines, and submission tracking
*Coordinate with internal teams to gather supporting information
*Maintain and update the bid library and templates
*Assist with compliance checks and final submission formatting
Requirements
*Degree-level education (or equivalent)
*Excellent written English and attention to detail
*Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
Desirable
*Experience with bids, tenders, or procurement processes
*Familiarity with bid portals and compliance requirements
Key Skills
*Strong communication and teamwork
*Proactive and eager to learn
*Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
