*Basic salary of £28,000 per year
*On-target earnings up to £32,000 via upsell commission
*Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:30pm, no weekends

Duties of theService Advisor:
*Provide expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs
*Manage service booking schedules to support efficient workshop workflow
*Upsell additional services and repair work in line with customer needs
*Ensure clear, professional communication between customers and technical staff
*Maintain accurate customer records and update vehicle histories
*Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business and loyalty as a Service Advisor
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
*Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
*Ability to organise workload and manage multiple priorities efficiently
*Working knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and processes
*Professional presentation with strong attention to detail
*Proactive team player who consistently maintains high standards
