Full job description*Job Title: Factory Operative
*Location: Eastbourne
*Pay: £12.71p/h - £16.90p/h - Weekly Pay
*Work Type: Temporary (Possibility to go permanent)
Hours: ( Must be able to work following rotating shift pattern )
*WEEK 1: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
*WEEK 2: Mon - Fri 6am-2pm
*WEEK 3: Sun- Thur 10pm-6am
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Eastbourne. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Skills and attributes
*Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
*Basic IT Literacy Skills
*Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
*Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
*Good attendance and timekeeping
*Maintain a clean and organised work area
*Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
*Must be able to work in a team and independently
*MUST be able to work all three shift patterns
