Full job descriptionRole: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Hours: 20-25 hours across 5 days
Hourly Rate: £14.36 - £17.95
Location: Alton, Hants
Our client, a leading independent Accountancy Practice, is seeking to appoint a part time Accounts Assistant to its Business Services Team.
Duties for the Accounts Assistant:
*provide bookkeeping services
*pay bills
*complete tax computations
*complete VAT returns
*prepare management accounts
*prepare year end Financial accounts
*ensure all Statutory returns are completed on time
*undertake ad-hoc projects as requested by the Partners
Experience for the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
*well organised
*AAT qualified/ part qualified
*eye for detail
*methodical
*IT literate including such packages as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks and Excel
*ideally experience of working within an Accountancy Firm
