Recruit UK is working with a respected Financial Planning firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an Estate Planning Administrator to join its legal department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised Estate Planning Administrator who enjoys working in a client focused environment and supporting a busy team with a broad range of administrative and client servicing duties.
This role is suitable for both Junior and experienced candidates, provided that you are currently working within a Legal Administration support role.
The Role
You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, helping to ensure work is managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
*Writing Wills & Trust letters
*Dealing with Probate procedures
*Writing LPA letters (Lasting Power of Attorney)
*Office Public Guardian registrations and competencies
*Preparing client documentation and correspondence
*Opening and maintaining accurate client files
*Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently
*Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
*Ensuring all records are maintained in line with compliance and data protection requirements
*Assisting with document preparation, scanning, filing and general office administration
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous administration experience within legal, professional services or financial services
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong communication and client service skills
*The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems
*A professional and approachable manner
