Full job descriptionThis role involves the safe and timely collection and delivery of consignments across London, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. As a key representative of the business, you will be responsible for maintaining professional standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities*Collect and deliver consignments safely and efficiently across London.
*Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
*Review delivery paperwork and confirm delivery details before and after each journey.
*Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.
*Complete daily vehicle inspections and vehicle check sheets.
*Maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy vehicle.
*Conduct end-of-shift vehicle checks to ensure all deliveries have been completed.
*Assist with unloading and reconciliation of deliveries and collections.
*Accurately complete delivery records and associated documentation.
*Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.

Essential Requirements*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Must be aged 25 or over due to vehicle insurance requirements.
*Ability to work Monday to Friday shifts of 11:00am–8:00pm or 11:30am–8:30pm.
*Right to work in the UK.
