MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced customer service & sales representative to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is looking to progress themselves within a customer service and sales-based role, with the company offering training and qualifications. The Role you will be doing;
*Make calls to new and existing customer
*Promote our product range, which you will be fully trained on
*Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
*Generate quotes and follow up on sales leads
*Develop relationships with our customers and reseller partnership accounts
*You will be working Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday 9am to 1pm.
About You;
*Previous experience within a customer service/sales role.
*It would be desirable if the candidate had a knowledge of Microsoft office.
*Enthusiastic and driven
*Strong communicator and a professional telephone manner
