Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover North West London, South West London, and the surrounding Home Counties. The business has a consistent pipeline of work and offers a structured, well-managed workload across a range of commercial projects.
This role is ideal for someone looking for strong earning potential, regional coverage close to home, and long-term stability within a professional environment.

The Role*Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
*Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
*Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
*Managing your own workload with autonomy and support
*Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements*BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
*Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
*Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
*Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
*Full UK driving licence
