Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for Senior Java Developers, withexperience in Java 17 (or later) to join a great complex project with the UK GOV for 12 months, hybrid working in Birmingham

Essential:
*Banking/ Insurance/ Finance background is highly desirable
*Suitable candidates must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance - have min of 5 years in UK
*Recent experience with Java 17 (or later) working in an Agile environment
*Strong TDD/ BDD.
*Experience with large micro-service architectures
*Implementing API’s for internal and external use.
*Desirable:Knowledge of Mongo DB/ Jackson/ JAX-RS / mocking frameworks such as Mockito, and messaging platforms(ActiveMQ or Kafka).
