Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly respected East Midlands law firm in the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancer / Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing property team based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ residential property experience to join a supportive and client-focused practice with an outstanding reputation for service, quality and professionalism. The firm has built its success on providing personal, proactive and ethical legal advice, with a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships and exceptional client care.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision and support, handling a broad range of matters including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Right to Buy transactions
*Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
*Providing an efficient and professional service throughout the transaction process

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
*Newly Qualified Solicitors with residential property experience gained during training
*Licensed Conveyancers
*Legal Executives
*Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ fee-earning experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing

*The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
