Salary / Pay Rate£14.25 per hour
Job SummaryAs a 1:1 TA, you will guide a single student who requires specialized support due to their EHCP goals. You will keep them focused on their learning speed, implement emotional regulation techniques, and promote full inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:*Developing a trusted, professional 1:1 relationship with the student.
*Using visual schedules and calming methods to manage sensory triggers.
*Coordinating progress markers directly with the school SENCO.
Requirements & Qualifications:*Direct experience supporting students with special needs (Autism, ADHD, or global delay).
*Resilient, steady temperament with excellent active listening skills.
