The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Matching applicants to suitable properties
*Negotiating offers and securing tenancies
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities and referrals
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
*Working towards and exceeding individual and office targets
*Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
The Ideal Candidate
The client is looking for someone who is:
Ambitious, motivated and target-driven
Confident with excellent communication skills
Professional and well-presented
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Organised with strong attention to detail
Experienced in sales, customer service or estate agency (preferred but not essential)
In possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (essential)
Package
*Basic salary between £23,500 - £32,000
*£3,000 annual car allowance
*Realistic OTE of £50,000 - £80,000+
*Uncapped commission structure
