We’re recruiting a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join a well-established, business in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead site engineering operations, drive reliability improvements, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
What’s on Offer?
£60,000 - £65,000 salary (DOE)
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Senior leadership role with real influence across the business

What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading and developing the maintenance team
*Driving preventative and planned maintenance programmes
*Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
*Managing maintenance budgets and contractors
*Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site
*Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
*Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
*Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or production
*Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
*Experience with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
*AutoCAD experience desirable
