An opportunity has become available for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant within a primary school that values high standards, effective teamwork and pupil achievement.
Based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, this role is suited to an experienced support professional who is confident leading learning activities and covering lessons when required.






Classroom Support
*Work alongside teaching staff to raise pupil attainment
*Deliver intervention programmes
*Support curriculum delivery across year groups
Lesson Delivery
*Lead planned learning activities
*Provide classroom cover during teacher absence
*Adapt learning tasks to suit pupil needs
Assessment & Communication
*Monitor pupil engagement and progress
*Provide feedback to teaching staff
*Contribute to planning discussions where required
Requirements
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
*Previous experience within a primary school setting
*Confidence leading groups of pupils independently
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Good understanding of the primary curriculum
