Full job descriptionA commercial insurance business in Surrey is seeking a Head of Compliance (SMF16).
The firm have experienced great success over recent years and you will join a motivated, friendly team.
Key responsibilities include:
*SMF16 Accountabilities and Regulatory Oversight
*Consumer Duty Oversight
*Operational Resilience Oversight
*Compliance Strategy and Advisory
*Conduct Risk, Culture and Governance
*Regulatory Change and Horizon Scanning
*Product, Pricing and Distribution Oversight
*Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance
*Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Assurance
*Data, MI and Reporting
It is essential that you have senior compliance leadership experience within general insurance, experience operating credibly at Board, Committee and Executive level and a proven track record of managing regulatory relationships.
The package includes a base salary up to £100,000 + 25% bonus potential and a significant LTIP.
