The role is supporting a pupil with SEND on a 1:1 basis, ensuring the pupil is supported throughout their lessons.
Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Market Rasen Area
Start Date: September 2025
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student with additional needs, offering vital support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible. Your primary duties will include:
*Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.
*Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.
*Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.
Requirements: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
*Experience working with children.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of individual students.
*Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment.
