Overview
We are working in partnership with a fantastic, established and growing Insurance Software business who are looking to hire an Interim Marketing Lead to drive the function over a period of 12 months. You will manage a team of 3 and report into Senior Leadership in an ambitious and well established Insurtech company.
This role is responsible for leading the marketing team, delivering strategy and multi-channel marketing programmes to drive the future of the long-term sales lifecycle.
This role would be perfect for a strong, B2B generalist marketing leader with experience in Insurance (and ideally technology) who has a particular strength in B2B Events and Community building through networking and campaign execution.
Responsibilities Include:
*B2B Marketing Strategy
*Multi-channel Campaign Management
*Events Management and Marketing - Trade Shows, Conferences, Client Engagements.
*Overseeing (though no need to be a specialist in) Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM
What We’re Looking for
Essential:
*Very strong broad generalist B2B marketing leadership experience
*Experience in Marketing Strategy and Planning, aligning to commercial goals
*Experience delivering marketing campaigns in insurance / Insurtech / Insurance SaaS or similar - either marketing to these companies or for them
*Strong experience in Events Marketing and Networking
*Strong stakeholder management skills with commercial acumen
Desirable:
*Experience in a Technology environment is desirable
*Experience managing a team - desirable
*Experience in a midsize company - desirable
*Management of a small team - desirable
*An understanding of CRM, Marketing Analytics, and Paid channels (managed here by specialists) - desirable
