Full job descriptionSenior Underwriter - Property & Casualty
Location - Essex based, 3 days per week
Salary - Basic up to £65,000
IPS Group are working with a leading Global Insurer to bring in a Senior P&C Underwriter in Essex!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise across P&C Underwriting wanting to further develop and take that next step with a Global Insurer.
What you’ll be doing?
*Lead complex underwriting as a senior authority holder
*Win and retain major accounts across Property and/or Casualty
*Build powerful broker relationships in the regional market
*Drive intelligent new business growth and support multinational opportunities
*Collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional service and performance
What we’re looking for –
*Technical expertise across Property & Casualty Insurance
*Strong broker connections across the South East (Essex/ Kent etc)
*Ability to mentor and train new & existing staff
*Eye on the current market trends/ insights
*New or Existing Business Underwriters considered
