Full job descriptionC&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to CEO for a globally recognised luxury fragrance house based in London, offering a true right-hand role, high-profile exposure and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO position:
*Acting as a true right-hand partner to the CEO, managing priorities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
*Managing a complex, ever-changing diary and inbox, often across multiple time zones
*Coordinating extensive international travel, high-end itineraries and global logistics
*Supporting board-level meetings, presentations and key leadership communications
*Driving and coordinating business-critical projects, product launches and cross-functional initiatives
*Acting as a key liaison and ambassador across internal and external senior stakeholders
*Supporting high-profile events and international brand activations (including Cannes)
*Assisting with light personal support alongside business responsibilities
What background and experience are the company looking for?
*Proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder or C-suite executive, ideally within luxury, retail, beauty or a high-end consumer brand
*A highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven approach, with the ability to anticipate needs
*Strong judgement, discretion and experience handling confidential information
*Excellent communication skills and the gravitas to interact at senior level
*Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
*A polished, professional and brand-aligned presence
*(Desirable) Additional language skills, particularly French
