Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Customer Service Advisor / Trade Counter Assistant.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines online customer support with face-to-face customer service at our trade counter. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities*Managing online orders and responding to customer enquiries.
*Providing customers with updates on stock availability and delivery schedules.
*Handling incoming phone calls and email communications.
*Assisting customers visiting our trade counter.
*Supporting customers with product information and order-related queries.
*Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
*Maintaining high standards of customer service across all communication channels.
About YouThe ideal candidate will be:
*Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
*Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Confident communicating both in person and over the phone.
*Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
*Comfortable working as part of a team and independently when required.
Previous customer service, retail, trade counter, or e-commerce experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
