Job Description:
Full job descriptionOliver James are currently supporting a Lloyd’s Broker who who hiring for a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing business to work closely with the Head of Compliance as you expand on your regulatory compliance skill set, as well as build on your international knowledge.
Responsibilities:
*Horizon Scanning and communicating regulatory changes to the wider business
*Updating current policies to ensure they are fit for purpose
*Liaise directly with regulators and complete regulatory returns
*Senior stakeholder management
Requirements:
*Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook
*Strong regulatory background
*Experience working with senior stakeholders
*Ideally have experience working for an insurance broker in a compliance function
Please note that insurance experience is essential for this position
