Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Identify and qualifying potential business leads
*Managing client expectations to ensure business runs smoothly
*Creating and executing lead generation campaigns
*Liaising with various internal team to ensure strategies are aligned with company goals
*Conducting and producing pipeline reviews
*Managing performance against sales targets
Skills and Experience required:
*Proven track record in freight sales and business development
*The ability to build and manage pipelines and sales engagement with new and existing customers
*Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to build and maintain strong influential relationships with clients
*Having a data-driven approach to decision making
