Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday rota: 9:00am - 1:00pm (paid at overtime rate)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
Bonus: Up to £8,400 per year
OTE: Up to £41,400

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly established automotive business with a strong presence in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technicians to join their Wrexham team.
The Role
*As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to a high standard while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work efficiently and safely, ensuring all manufacturer standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
*You’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise through ongoing manufacturer training and brand-specific development.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
*Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards
*Road test vehicles where required, following approved safety procedures
*Complete vehicle health checks and report any additional work required
*Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and related documentation
*Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and protected using appropriate covers
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
*Use tools, equipment, and consumables responsibly and efficiently
*Check vehicles for manufacturer recalls and service campaigns
*Support compliance with all health & safety and manufacturer requirements
*Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and development
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
*Strong diagnostic and repair skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence preferred
*A proactive and professional approach to work
