Hours- 37.5 (Mon-Fri)
Main Objective of the Role:
The primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to oversee the recruitment lifecycle for designated customer(s), foster positive relationships with customers, drive strategic delivery for your designated team with line management responsibility and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver recruitment services aligned with Opus People Solutions and customer requirements.
*Offer a consultative recruitment service to hiring personnel. Cultivate strategic and collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
*Support the Operations Managers in achieving account objectives. Conduct comprehensive job briefings for each recruited role.
*Identify and utilise appropriate candidate attraction and sourcing methods. Manage customer and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
*Handle internal candidate mobility as necessary. Maintain real-time updates in the recruitment system(s) to ensure accurate management information (MI).
*Complete all recruitment administration in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operations manual.
*Assist in generating internal and external reports. Work effectively with internal teams to manage quality and compliance requirements in line with Opus People Solutions and customer SLA’s Enhance and update market knowledge and best practices.
*Serve as an escalation point, effectively resolving issues and queries, and acting as a deputy for the Operations manager within your specialism when absent.
*Proactively develop and continually improve the service provided. Undertake additional duties and projects as required.
