We are currently working with a provider of children’s care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a 3-bed home in Dudley for Young Adults with LD.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.
To be successful in this role you must;
*Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a young adults home
*Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care - ESSENTIAL
*Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and LD.
*Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
