*Work collaboratively with class teachers and SEND professionals to meet individual targets
*Promote independence and positive learning behaviours
*Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Ideal Candidate*Previous experience supporting children or young people is advantageous
*Understanding of SEND and a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
*Patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
*Comfortable working as part of a wider support team
*Committed to helping children achieve their personal and academic goals
